Remember to keep your baby under constant supervision, to use the safety harness and to double-check that the buttons are locked (you can choose between two positions) when using the product as a baby bouncer.

The common traits among all our fabrics include being super soft, durable, and easy to care for. They’re also gentle on the skin and free from any harmful levels of substances.

Safe fabrics developed for BabyBjörn

Since fabrics are such an important part of our textile products, we develop most of them in-house. This approach allows us to ensure high and consistent quality, as well as the unique properties we require. We’ve chosen to certify our fabrics under either Oeko-Tex® Standard 100, Ö 07-091, RISE, Class 1, or bluesign® Grade A – for products designed for babies and close-to-skin contact. These certifications set exceptionally high bars to ensure that our fabrics are free from any harmful levels of substances, gentle on your babys skin, and safe to taste.

While the fabric seat can handle frequent washing, lets do our part for the planet: use lower wash temperatures and dont over-wash. For minor stains, a quick brush-off usually does the trick. Plus, our products are free from any harmful levels of substances, so theres no need to wash them before their first use.
